Home Owners Moved in and comfortable While I (Beth) was laid off from work in December, we decided that I should take a break. Well I used the next two months to finish off the tiny house! We moved in end of February and are absolutely in love with it.
Since then I have kept up my doula and photography business and have started to nanny for another family part time. It's hard to find a job that is willing to let me get up and go when I need to attend a birth. I'm thankful for the flexibility that is provided.
We also went on vacation to Vancouver Island a couple of weeks ago- trying to get away before the craziness of summer begins. Besides that, we have been plugging away at work, enjoying our unusually warm spring and cuddling our new niece (Tyler and Brooke had a little girl- Elsa- on March 1st).
For the first time I have no new announcements of job, or moving, or other life events. Life is pretty stable. Weird. We're still getting used to it. |
